    Hi, this is Govind. When i try to generate e-passbook - it says my a/c is inoperative. I have submitted my form 13 in 2011. Till now PF transfer was not happened.

    The service needs to be streamlined and the Govt. should return the amount to employees when required or else don't make it a mandatory rule and deduct pf amount monthly from salary.
